Welcome to My Life & Wellness
Coaching Practice!


I view coaching as a partnership formed to help individuals get from where they are to where they want to be. Coaching is about helping people create change in their lives.

I believe we all have the power within ourselves to mold lives that we truly love, lives that embody our deepest passions, priorities, and values. Yet too often we find ourselves caught up in unfulfilling or disempowering activities. We suddenly realize we have lost sight of what truly matters. Or perhaps we dream big dreams for ourselves, yet can't find the confidence or courage to bring those dreams to life.

As a Life Coach I help people get clear on what they WANT in their lives, and then assist them in manifesting these desires. Turning our dreams into reality brings a sense of purpose and balance into our lives. As a result, we feel happier, have more energy and experience a new richness of being. Our lives are transformed into an adventure in self-discovery and mastery.

Working with me as your Life Coach is about giving yourself a gift... the gift of an opportunity to come into your brilliance. Should you choose to partner with me as your coach, together we will build an alliance based on commitment, caring and action. By listening to you and supporting, encouraging, inspiring, challenging and asking you pointed powerful questions, I will help you step into your greatness. Your life will be forever changed.

Here is a visual model of the process I've created to guide individuals in transforming their lives!


The Manifest Coaching Model

M: Make Space For Something New. To partner with a coach is about giving your self a supportive holding structure. Within this space, you can step back from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, and can begin to go inside and reflect on what is missing in your life, what you wish to change, or what you want to take action on. A vessel must be emptied before it can be filled!

A: Acknowledge Values, Priorities, False Beliefs and Assumptions. The coaching process helps you discover what it is you most value. Having awareness of your values and priorities helps you more easefully make decisions about what direction to take with whatever situations occur. At this stage in the coaching process, you are encouraged to notice what assumptions or perceptions you hold, and reflect on how these might affect your behavior.

N: Note What Motivates You. Different things motivate different people. When you are aware of what best motivates you, you can use this information to build in support that helps you toward your goals. Some people are motivated by having others to talk to and encourage them, some like material rewards, where others might enjoy background music or being alone in silence. The options are endless. The key is to be aware of what works best for you!

I: Intentions: Contemplate and Make Them! To have an intention is to know in what direction you want to head and to focus energy there. By concentrating on what is intended or desired, it is more likely to manifest.

F: Focus Energy, Attention, and Action. Once an intention or goal is established, you can then really focus energy, attention and action in the direction of importance. By doing so, the desired outcome is more likely to occur. What we give our attention to grows.

E: Eliminate Obstacles. Often obstacles or roadblocks will surface despite your best intentions or goal directed activity. By recognizing and exploring whatever seems to be interfering, you can better clear the way for success.

S: Savor The Process. Taking charge of your life and moving it in the direction of your dreams and passions is an amazing accomplishment. The process of doing so is meant to be savored and celebrated. By being able to really enjoy the many steps along the way to achieving your heart's desire, you are making every moment of your life count, not just the places of arrival!

T: Transformation. Treasure your transformation and tell your story! What a joy it is to achieve what you have longed for --- be it a new inner state or way of being, accomplishing a desired goal, or being able to finally embrace something you are passionate about. Arriving at one's destination is something to be treasured. Telling the story about your travels to yourself and to others is essential to the process of really integrating whatever has changed for you as a result of your hard work. In addition, recalling your transformation journey serves to increase the likelihood that the paradigm for getting there can be more easefully repeated on other occasions if you wish to travel to new lands again. For isn't that what this great and grand life is really all about!
